Is a project of An Phat Hi-Tech Industrial Park Joint Stock Company 1 (a subsidiary of An Phat High-Tech Industrial Park Company Limited), issued Decision No. 212/QD-TTg by the Prime Minister on Investment policy in the infrastructure development investment project of An Phat Industrial Park 1 (formerly known as Quoc Tuan Industrial Park – An Binh) in Nam Sach district, Hai Duong province on February 17, 2021, received Investment registration certificate number 6624010012 on March 1, 2021.

An Phat Industrial Park 1 is located at Km69, National Highway 37, which is a place connecting trade with many provinces and cities that are key industrial and service centers of the North of Vietnam.
