Power system

Bac Tien Phong Industrial Park is planned to supply electricity from 110kv station in Tien Phong Industrial Park 1 with a capacity of 63MVA. When Bac Tien Phong Industrial Park goes into production in 2022, the demand for electricity will reach the maximum capacity of 30MW, by 2025 it will be 89.7MW and in 2030 it will be 158.8MW.

Water system

Water supply is taken from Yen Lap water plant, Cam La water plant and Lien Vi water plant. Water is supplied to the area through a pipeline running along the main road, supplied to power areas through booster pump stations and water towers located in the center of technical infrastructure.

Sewage and rainwater drainage system

Rainwater and wastewater drainage systems are built separately. Wastewater from factories is treated locally at the newly regulated standard production facility, discharged into the common wastewater drainage system of the Industrial Park and directed to a centralized wastewater treatment station.

Process rubbish

Daily garbage and hazardous waste are collected to a centralized place according to regulations, then classified and taken to a common treatment area.

Wastewater treatment

Planning to arrange 03 wastewater treatment stations with a capacity of 4000 m3/day for the seaport; 12,000m3/day for the industrial zone; 8,000 m3/day for the port service area.

Communication systems

The telecommunications network is taken from the satellite switchboard of Tien Phong Industrial Park with a capacity of 10,000 lines; building communication network according to NGN . orientation technology
