Chau Son Ha Nam Industrial Park will soon play a key role in the state economy. Up to now, industrial groups are increasing in number and number, industrial parks are also increasing, so now Vietnam has more than 325 industrial parks.

1. Infrastructure

Internal traffic: The internal road system is reasonably designed to ensure easy and convenient access for vehicles to factories. The central road is 32m wide, the branch road is 23m wide.

Power supply:

• 35KV medium voltage electrical system
• Medium voltage electricity network is provided along the internal roads in the industrial park.
• Enterprises invest and build low voltage stations depending on the consumption capacity.

Water supply:

• City’s water supply plant. Phu Ly with a capacity of 25,000 m3/day.
• The water supply system is led to the foot of the factory fence.

Drainage: Rainwater and wastewater drainage systems (industrial wastewater and domestic wastewater) are built separately. Rainwater is collected through the sewer system and discharged into rivers in the area. Waste water is collected to the industrial wastewater treatment plant.

Wastewater treatment:

• All industrial wastewater and domestic wastewater must be treated by factories up to the minimum standard of level B (TCVN-4945-2005) before being discharged into the common wastewater drainage system of the industrial park.
• Treatment capacity reaches: 3,000 m3/day-night Phase 1 and will increase capacity when necessary.
• Solid waste from factories in the IZ will be classified, collected and transported to the dumping ground of the IZ for treatment.

Telecommunications and internet: Post and telecommunications system of Viettel military telecommunications corporation, ready to meet 9-10 lines/ha. Underground optical cable is directly connected to the fence of enterprises.
