1. Legal information Cong Hoa Industrial Park – Hai Duong

Cong Hoa Industrial Park in Chi Linh District (Hai Duong) has a total area of ​​700 hectares, invested by the Vietnam Rubber Group.

Hai Duong Industrial Park Management Board granted the first investment registration certificate No. 0227553775 on April 9, 2008 for Cong Hoa Industrial Park Project with an area of ​​357.03 ha and an operating term of 50 years. The industrial zone is located in Cong Hoa ward and Van Duc ward, Chi Linh City, Hai Duong province.

After that the project area was adjusted according to the Decision on adjustment of the Planning No. 706/QD-UBND in March 26, 2015 of the People’s Committee of Hai Duong province, reduced to 201.43 ha (adjusted to decrease by 23.83 ha in the southern area). North to urban area; Reducing the planning area in the South of the Industrial Park by 131.77 ha), and at the same time, the total area of ​​industrial land for leasing in the Industrial Zone is adjusted down to 145.54 ha.

The Ministry of Natural Resources and Environment approved the Environmental Impact Assessment Report of Cong Hoa Industrial Park according to Decision No. 727/QD-BTNMT on April 1, 2008. According to which, Cong Hoa Industrial Park is an industrial park using high, modern, environmentally friendly technology, with the main industries attracting investment as:

+ Industries with high technology and engineering (biology, automation, new materials)

+ Electronics, informatics, telecommunications, equipment assembly industry

+ Mechanical industry, industrial machine manufacturing

+ Automotive and motorcycle assembly industry

+ Rubber and plastic manufacturing industry

+ High-quality porcelain and glass manufacturing industry

+ Garment industry, packaging production, wood processing

+ Food processing industry, agricultural products, beverage

+ Chemical, cosmetic and pharmaceutical processing industry.

2. Geographical location and traffic

Located on Highway 18 (Km40+900) in Cong Hoa ward, Chi Linh city, Hai Duong province.

– Power supply system: The power for production is taken from the national grid through a 110 KV/35KV/22KV substation with a capacity of 25 MVA managed by Hai Duong Electricity and is pre-connected with a 22 KV line available to fences of factories in industrial zones.

– Clean water supply system: The industrial park has a clean water supply factory with a designed water supply capacity of 5,600 m3/day, ensuring the supply of production water for projects in the area. At the same time, it is possible to increase the maximum water supply capacity to 20,000 to 25,000 m3/day.

– Wastewater treatment system: Wastewater from factories in Cong Hoa Industrial Park will be treated through an internal centralized wastewater treatment system with a capacity of 2,000 m3/day.

4. Investment incentives

– Enterprises are entitled to tax exemption for the first 2 years, 50% reduction of payable tax for the next 4 years.

– Import tax: enterprises are exempted from import tax on goods creating fixed assets for the project, including:

• Specialized means of transport in the technological chain and means of transport transport workers;
