Deep C Quang Ninh Industrial Park is the common name of a complex consisting of two projects belonging to Quang Yen Coastal Economic Zone, including:
+ The first project: The project of Nam Tien Phong Industrial Park and Port (referred to as DEEP C Quang Ninh I) with a scale of 487.4 hectares is an investment project which belongs to the Industrial Park and Nam Tien Phong Port, Nha Mac lagoon in Tien Phong commune, Quang Yen town.
+ The second project: Project of a seaport and industrial park complex in Dam Nha Mac area, Quang Yen Town, Quang Ninh Province, also known as Bac Tien Phong Industrial Park (or DEEP C Quang Ninh II) is an investment project under the planning of the seaport and industrial park complex in the Nha Mac lagoon area, located in the Quang Yen coastal economic zone.
DEEP C Quang Ninh complex is about 1,500 ha and the People’s Committee of Quang Ninh province considers it as a key industrial economic development project of Quang Yen coastal economic zone in particular and of Quang Ninh province in general based on the expectations of promoting industrial and manufacturing economic development and promoting the advantages of seaports in international freight transport. Therefore, investment projects in DEEP C Quang Ninh Industrial Park are always facilitated to quickly complete the necessary licensing procedures in accordance with capacity so that they can be put into operation soon.
1. Geographical location
DEEP C Quang Ninh Industrial Park is located in a prime location in terms of traffic, directly connecting with two important highways, the Hanoi – Hai Phong expressway and the Hai Phong – Ha Long – Mong Cai expressway. The DEEP C Industrial Park in Quang Ninh connects to the transport infrastructure and the political center area is extremely quickly, specifically:

+ 30 km from Lach Huyen Deep Water Port
+ 80 km from Van Don International Airport

2. Infrastructure
To ensure the stable operation of projects in the IP, DEEP C industrial park infrastructure is fully invested with technical infrastructure works, including:
– Power supply system: Power production in the industrial park is expected to be guaranteed with a 110/22kV transformer station with a capacity of 353 MVA.
– Clean water supply system: Deep C Quang Ninh I industrial park is invested with a water supply system with a capacity of 12,000 m3 while Deep C Quang Ninh II is invested in a production clean water supply system with a water supply capacity of 24,000 m3/day.
– Wastewater treatment system: The wastewater treatment plant in the industrial park is planned to be built with two treatment stations with a capacity of 10,000 m3/day and 20,000 m3/day, respectively. And it meets the standards and Highest treatment technology before release to the surrounding environment.
– Internal port: In the industrial zone, the total area of land planned for the construction of seaports and port services is 466.5 ha (for DEEP C Quang Ninh II). The seaport capacity is designed to reach 5,000 DWT, meeting the demand for sea freight transportation from the industrial park to major seaports in the region and international freight transport. This is also one of the special features of Deep C Quang Ninh, attracting a large number of investors.
– Rainwater drainage system: Located in the area adjacent to the sea, the problem of flooding is concerned by investors. Therefore, the drainage system at DEEP C is modernly invested, including a network of reinforced concrete underground pipes, box culverts, backup reservoirs and open canals with tidal gates for the purpose of preventing reverse water flow from estuaries to the drainage system of Industrial Park. The system solves the problem of drainage and prevents flooding when storms and floods occur in the Industrial Park
– Fire protection system: The fire protection system is reasonably arranged throughout the industrial park with 5-7 bar water pressure and water supply capacity of 480 m3/hour.

3. Industry attracting investment
Deep C Quang Ninh I is planned with the goal of attracting industries with multi-industry attraction and maximizing the strength of seaports, and at the same time aiming for sustainable development and environmental protection.
4. Land rental and other utility costs
Investors operating in the Industrial zone will have to pay the following expenses:
+ Fee for using industrial park infrastructure: Depending on the size of the project, the location of the land plot and the time of rental.
+ Infrastructure management and maintenance fee: 0.069 USD/m2/month (Price does not include VAT). This unit price is subject to change depending on the fluctuation of the consumer price index.
+ Electricity and water connection fee: Depending on investor’s demand and usage capacity
+ Electricity and water usage fee: According to usage demand + Fees
5. Tax incentives
+ To apply the corporate income tax rate of 10% (compared to the normal rate of 20%) within 15 years
+ 04 years of corporate income tax exemption
+ 50% reduction of payable tax within the next 9 years
The time to start calculating tax incentives is from the time the enterprise begins to generate taxable income or from the fourth year since the beginning of revenue generation. In addition, investors are also exempted from import tax on goods imported to form fixed assets for the enterprise.
