1. Overview of VSIP Industrial Park in Bac Ninh Province

Vsip-Bac Ninh Industrial Park was established according to Decision No. 676/TTg-CN of the Prime Minister dated June 4, 2007 with a total planning area of: 700 ha, of which the industrial park area is 500 ha and the urban area is 200 ha.
VSIP Bac Ninh Industrial Park was started construction in December 2007, VSIP Bac Ninh Industrial Park was planned by Singapore architects and built according to international standards, focusing on environmental protection, creating a public park. clean, green industry and a modern urban area in the North of Hanoi.
With those criteria and after more than 12 years of operation, VSIP Bac Ninh Industrial Park has received the award “Best Sustainable Urban Project in Southeast Asia” awarded by Dot Property Southeast Asia Awaard 2018 for the area. The first city was named Belhomes.
