VSIP Bac Ninh Industrial Park was started construction in December 2007 according to Decision No. 676/TTg-CN of the Prime Minister on June 4, 2007, VSIP Bac Ninh was planned and built by Singapore architects. according to international standards, focusing on environmental protection, creating a clean, green industrial park and a modern urban area in the north of Hanoi.
With those criteria and after more than 12 years of operation, VSIP Bac Ninh has been awarded the “Best Sustainable Urban Development Project in Southeast Asia” award by Dot Property Southeast Asia Awaard 2018 for the urban area. The first was named Belhomes.
