1. Geographical location

Nhon Trach Industrial Park has favorable conditions for road, waterway and air traffic. The Industrial Park is 45km from Ho Chi Minh City. 40 km from Bien Hoa City, 60 km from Vung Tau,… This area has a mild climate (20-30 degrees Celsius), no storms and earthquakes, high soil load strength (1.5-2.5kg/cm2), so it’s cost-saving and convenient for the construction of factories.

1. Infrastructure

– Power supply: The industrial park is supplied with electricity from Tuy Ha 110/22KV substation, capacity 182MVA, managed and operated by IDICO Housing and Urban Development Investment Joint Stock Company (IDICO-UDICO). Tuy Ha 110kV substation is connected and supplies 110kV power from the National Power System through the Long Binh 220/110kV Substation with a stable and quality power source. Supply voltage for factories: 22kV

– Water supply: The factories in the Industrial Park are supplied with water from Tuy Ha Underground Water Plant with a capacity of 22,000m3/day and night provided by the Investor IDICO-URBIZ.

– Communication: The communication system is provided by network operators such as VNPT, FPT, Viettel, etc. to ensure domestic and international communication. Includes a full range of services such as: telephone, mobile phone, Fax, Internet…

– Drainage: Including: Rainwater drainage system and wastewater drainage system are planned and built separately, running along internal roads to ensure the collection of all rainwater and wastewater from factories in the area.

Rainwater is drained directly into the receiving source.
Waste water is collected to the centralized wastewater treatment station of the industrial park and thoroughly treated to meet the required standards before being discharged into the environment.
