Hung Yen Industrial Park No. 3 is located in the center of the Industrial Park and Urban Service Area of Ly Thuong Kiet.

• Importance: A strategic project of Hung Yen Province for the period 2016 – 2020

Location and regional connectivity

Hung Yen Industrial Park No. 3 is located in Yen My district, Khoai Chau district, and Thi district – Hung Yen province, with extremely strategic positions:

• 50 km from Noi Bai International Airport (45 minutes travel on the expressway)
• 80 to 85 km from Cat Bi International Airport and Dinh Vu Port, Hai Phong (60-70 minutes travel on the Hanoi – Hai Phong expressway)
• 25 km from downtown Hanoi (30 minutes)
• 29 km from Hung Yen city
• Approximately 10 km from the Red River port

Infrastructure and amenities

Infrastructure:

• Waterways: Transport route along the Red River, from the Viet Tri port (Top 3 ports in the northern region) to Hai Phong seaport.
• Roadways: Hung Yen is the intersection of key expressways in the North such as Hanoi – Hai Phong Expressway, Northwest Expressway, and Hanoi – Thai Binh Expressway.
• Railways: The 102 km railway line from Hanoi – Hung Yen – Hai Duong – Hai Phong (planned to meet international standards, Hai Phong – Hanoi – Yunnan, China).
• Power system: The total power capacity for Industrial Park No. 3 is about 39,000 kW. The investor will invest in a 110/22kv transformer station to supply electricity to the entire industrial park. The electricity network is underground and supplied along internal roads within the industrial park.
• Clean water supply system: The total water demand for Industrial Park No. 3 is approximately 10,000m3/day. Water is supplied from the D400 water supply line along the connecting road between the Hanoi – Hai Phong and Cau Gie – Ninh Binh expressways. Water is provided from the clean water plants of Da Trach and Tan Viet, which belong to the water supply system of Huy Phat Construction Joint Stock Company. The water supply system is brought to the foot of the fences of the land lots.
• Wastewater treatment system: The wastewater treatment plant is built with a processing capacity of 7,500m3/day. The wastewater drainage system in Industrial Park No. 3 is designed as a completely separate drainage system. All industrial wastewater and domestic wastewater must be treated by plants to at least column B standards (QCVN 40:2011/BTNMT) before being discharged into the common wastewater drainage system of Industrial Park No. 3.
• Telecommunications system: The telecommunications cable system meets international standards, ready to meet 24-48 lines/ha. The underground fiber optic cable system is directly connected to the fences of enterprises.
• Fire protection and fighting system: The water supply system and fire hydrants are arranged along the roads in Industrial Park No. 3, with a maximum distance between fire hydrants of 150m.

Amenities:

• Full functions of a modern Industrial – Urban – Service Complex such as: Inland Clearance Depot (ICD) – Logistic, Urban area, and industrial parks.
• Inland Clearance Depot (ICD) – Logistic: Providing customs services and procedures on-site, logistics services, etc., helping reduce costs and time for businesses.
