  • Full exemption of import tax on machinery and equipment forming fixed assets.
  • VAT (10%) will be refunded upon the factory’s operation.
  • Decision 68/QD-TTg approves the Industrial Development Support Program from 2016 to 2025, focusing on component industries, textile and leather-shoe industries, and high-tech industries with a total capital of nearly 1,000 billion VND, including promotional activities, management, improving human resource quality, technology transfer, and building information platforms.
