Lai Cach Industrial Park was established under the Decision No. 1836/QD-UBND of the People’s Committee of Hai Duong Province on May 30, 2005 with a total registered investment capital of more than 468 billion VND and the project’s operation term is 50 years. year (to the end of January 1, 2057). With a favorable geographical location, complete and fully equipped infrastructure and great investment incentives, it has created its own strong point in attracting investors both at home and abroad. Up to now, the Industrial Park has become one of the most potential industrial zones in the North region in particular and the whole country in general.

1. Geographical location
Lai Cach Industrial Park occupies an area of about 190.73 hectares in the territory of Lai Cach town, Cam Giang district, Hai Duong province, adjacent to National Highway 5, Hanoi – Hai Phong railway line, town residential area. Lai Cach and Road 194B, about 5km west of Hai Duong city.

1. Infrastructure of Lai Cach Industrial Park

The total area of industrial land will be organized and arranged according to the main functional areas as follows:
– Land area for construction of operation center, office: The land area has an area of 02 hectares, accounting for about 1.36% of the total planned land area of the IP located at the main gate No. 02 of the IP, very convenient for activities. transaction and management in the industrial park in the future.
– Land area for construction of wastewater treatment plant: The land area has an area of 2.39 ha, accounting for 1.63% of the total planned land area of the Industrial Park. This land is located in the north of the industrial park, convenient for water supply to the industrial park, the wastewater treatment plant is located at the end of the main wind direction so as not to pollute the environment, ensuring the collection of all wastewater from industrial enterprises. treated according to standards and then discharged to the common drainage system.
– Land area for construction of a clean water supply factory: The land area has an area of 1.39 ha, accounting for 0.95% of the total planned land area of the Industrial Park. Here, a clean water supply factory meeting TCVN and a frequency control pumping station will be built, in order to actively supply water in the industrial park.
– Land area for construction of factories and industrial enterprises: The land area has an area of 101.53 ha, accounting for 69.12% of the total planned land area of the industrial zone. Lai Cach Industrial Park was built mainly to serve investors with small and medium land use needs, each factory and enterprise has a land area of about 0.5 – 3 hectares.
– Land area for construction of bonded warehouses and storage yards: The land area has an area of 6.95 ha, accounting for 4.73% of the total planned industrial land area. This land is located in the northeast – north of the industrial park, adjacent to the main entrance road No. 02 of the industrial park, convenient for serving the needs of warehouses and storage yards of raw materials, materials and goods of factories. in the industrial zone.

2. Utilities system
– Power supply system: Taken from the National grid by Hai Duong electricity, supplied through 02 lines of 22kV and 35kV that are connected to each land lot.
– Production clean water supply system: taken from Hai Duong water plant with a capacity of 20,000 m3/day and night
– Wastewater treatment system: according to the design of the industrial park, a wastewater treatment system will be built with a treatment capacity of 2,000 m3/day and night, ensuring that wastewater is discharged to standard A, Vietnam’s environmental standards.
– Internal road system: The main roads in the industrial park have widths of 30 m and 33 m, respectively, and branch roads have a width of 13.5 m – 17.5 m.
– Lighting system: The 150W Sodium high pressure lamp system is designed to run along both sides of the road with an average distance of 30 m per lamp post, the average lighting capacity is 10 lux.
– Fire protection system: Fire prevention hydrants are placed along the roads in the industrial park with a distance of 150 m between the ends, timely responding to fire prevention water supply in case of emergency
