2. Investment incentives

• TCIT rate equal to 10% for 15 years, calculated continuously from the first year the enterprise has revenue from activities entitled to tax incentives and equal to 20% in subsequent years -Exemption for 4 years, reducing 50% of the rental payable for the next 9 years, calculated continuously from the first year the enterprise has taxable income from the investment project; In case the enterprise has no taxable income in the first 3 years, from the first year of revenue from the project, the tax exemption or reduction period is counted from the 4th year.
• Import tax incentives: Apply import tax incentives according to the provisions of Vietnamese law
• VAT incentives: Applicable to export processing enterprises according to the provisions of Vietnamese law
• Other incentives: Free land tax, land use tax paid to the government for the entire project term (until 2059).
