2. Infrastructure

Ground leveling and surface water drainage planning: The leveling level is designed according to the contour line method. The leveling elevation is from +3.25m to +3.35m. Minimum leveling slope of 0.1% to ensure natural drainage

Water supply system: The total demand for water supply for the industrial cluster is about Q= 982 m3/day. Water supply is expected to be taken from the water supply pipe on DT.376 road to the east of the project.

Power supply and lighting system: The total demand for power supply for the industrial cluster is about 4,061 kVA. The power supply is expected to be taken from the 22kV overhead line going along the eastern boundary of the project.

Wastewater drainage and environmental sanitation: The total amount of water to be collected and treated is about Q = 840 m3/day.

3. Incentives of industrial clusters

  • The maximum land lease period for project implementation is 50 years
