– National Highway 19: An important transport corridor linking Quy Nhơn seaport with the Central Highlands provinces, southern Laos, and northeastern Cambodia. It also connects with the East-West Economic Corridor.
– National Highway 19B: This route directly connects Nhơn Hội Industrial Zone to Phù Cát Airport, significantly shortening travel distance. Port

Internal Transportation System:
– National Highway 19B serves as the main north-south axis within the Industrial Zone, with a wide 80-meter road corridor. The road surface is paved with concrete asphalt, capable of supporting H30 loading capacity. Branch roads within the zone have widths ranging from 20 meters to 65 meters. The transportation network is fully equipped with a lighting system for illumination.
Power Supply System
The electrical grid is connected to the national 220KV grid from Phú Tài to Nhơn Hội Industrial Zone, featuring a 220/110KV substation with a capacity of 2×125 MVA. From there, a 110KV transmission line extends to the 110/22KV substation within Nhơn Hội A Industrial Zone, with a capacity of 2x63MVA. This infrastructure is designed to meet the electricity demand of investors’ factories, with electricity prices regulated according to Vietnam’s state regulations.
Water Supply System
Water is supplied to the investor’s plot boundaries via water supply pipelines. Fire hydrants are installed along these pipelines throughout the Industrial Zone.

Wastewater Treatment Plant
Solid waste (industrial, hazardous, and general) is collected, transported, and taken to the 30-hectare Cát Nhơn Solid Waste Treatment Area for processing.

Rainwater Drainage System
The rainwater drainage system includes surface water collection pipes installed along the roads within the Industrial Zone to ensure effective water drainage and prevent flooding.
Wastewater Drainage System
Wastewater is collected through pipes ranging from 300 to 600 mm in diameter, gathering wastewater from factories and transporting it to the centralized wastewater treatment plant within the Industrial Zone. Wastewater from factories must be treated to meet Class B standards according to QCVN 40:2011/BTNMT before being discharged into the Industrial Zone’s wastewater drainage system.

– Pharmaceutical, food, and high-tech industries: Production of pharmaceuticals, medicinal materials, and various drugs. Manufacturing of food, beverages, and additives used in food processing industries.
– Consumer goods industries: Textiles, footwear, assembly of motorcycles and automobiles. Processing of agriculture, forestry, and aquatic products. Plastics and glass industries.
