Overview
Phu An Thanh Industrial Park (or PAT IP) was established in 2007 with an initial planning area of 692 hectares. In which, the planning area of phase 1 is 387 ha (including 80 ha of expansion), the planning area of phase 2 is 305 ha.
On March 27, 2021, Phu An Thanh Industrial Park was adjusted to reduce its area to 352.7511 hectares according to Decision 469/QD-TTg of the Prime Minister.
Phu An Thanh Industrial Park is an industrial park attracting multi-sectors, in which, the objective is to focus on attracting industries such as: garment, textile dyeing, plating; processing animal feed; Production of building materials; manufacture of wooden products; pharmaceutical production; electronic industries; food and beverage production; manufacturing equipment, spare parts…

Power supply system: is taken from the national grid through the 110/22kV local substation with a capacity of 90 MVA
Water supply system: Phu An Thanh Industrial Park is invested to build a clean water supply plant corresponding to 02 construction phases, in which, phase 1, the project has a water supply capacity of 9,000 m3/day and night. Phase 2 was built with a design capacity of 48,000 m3/day
Wastewater treatment system: the industrial park builds 02 wastewater treatment stations, equivalent to 02 phases, with a wastewater treatment capacity of 3,300 m3 and 9,600 m3/day, respectively.
Communication system: synchronously invested, ready to go to each factory in the industrial park

100% CIT exemption for the first 2 years, 50% tax reduction for the next 4 years.
