Phu Nghia Industrial Park was established under Decision No. 2508/QD-UBND dated December 24, 2007 of the People’s Committee of Ha Tay Province (now the People’s Committee of Hanoi City) in Chuong My district, Hanoi city. . With a total planning area of 170.1 hectares, of which the Industrial Park area is more than 153 hectares and the housing area for employees is 17 hectares.
