Quang Ninh: Construction of the Bac Tien Phong Industrial Park Complex Service Area
The DEEP C Industrial Park is organizing a ceremony for the laying of the first foundation stone for the Complex Service Area of the Bac Tien Phong Industrial Park in Quang Yen Town.
The construction of the Bac Tien Phong Industrial Park Complex Service Area symbolizes the collaboration between DEEP C Industrial Cluster and Hateco Group in the sustainable development of the Bac Tien Phong Industrial Park. Mr. Hoang Trung Kien, Head of the Provincial Economic Zone Management Board, and Mr. Tran Duc Thang, Chairman of the People’s Committee of Quang Yen Town, attended the event.

With the deployment of the Bac Tien Phong Industrial Park Complex Service Area, DEEP C’s customer service quality will be further enhanced, providing modern facilities capable of organizing meaningful community activities for businesses and workers within the industrial park. This is also a significant initiative in the sustainable development strategy, paving the way for DEEP C to become the first ecological industrial park in Vietnam.
The Bac Tien Phong Industrial Park Complex Service Area project includes specialized sections for fire prevention and fighting, a medical station, office buildings, service buildings, conference rooms, restaurants, outdoor service areas, etc., providing convenient services for businesses, experts, and laborers in DEEP C Industrial Park. The complex service area is designed and constructed with ecological enhancements to meet the LEED Silver certification standards for green buildings.

In recent years, DEEP C has consistently received strong support from Quang Ninh province. Speaking at the ceremony, Mr. Bruno Jaspaert, CEO of DEEP C Industrial Park, stated that a range of amenities in DEEP C’s Complex Service Area implemented with environmental improvements to reduce carbon emissions, enhances the quality of life for users and helps the project achieve LEED Gold certification for green buildings. As the first LEED-certified project for DEEP C, this project marks a significant milestone in DEEP C’s sustainable development journey. We are currently planning to continue developing the DEEP C Industrial Cluster in an environmentally friendly manner, with social responsibility and achieving high economic efficiency.
Also at the ceremony for the laying of the first foundation stone for the Bac Tien Phong Industrial Park Complex Service Area, DEEP C organized a tree planting activity using compost fertilizer produced by the DEEP C team. This initiative is part of a project aimed at using compost fertilizer in green areas within the industrial park, as a sustainable alternative to chemical fertilizers.
