The Song Cong I Industrial Park was established according to Decision No. 181/1999/QĐ-TTg dated September 1, 1999, by the Prime Minister of Vietnam. Currently, the approved detailed planning area covers 220 hectares. The investor for this project is the Infrastructure of Thai Nguyen Province. As per the investment project, the total capital for constructing infrastructure in Phase 1 of the Sông Công Industrial Zone, covering an area of 69.37 hectares, amounts to over 76 billion Vietnamese dong.

1. Location 

The rental factory is located at Block B, Lot 1, Song Cong 1 Industrial Park, Bach Quang Ward, Song Cong City, Thai Nguyen Province, offering an extremely convenient position with easy access to major cities:

• 18 kilometers from the city center of Thai Nguyen.
• Adjacent to National Highway 3 and approximately 2.5 kilometers from the Hanoi – Thai Nguyen expressway.
• Approximately 40 kilometers from Noi Bai International Airport.
