The power supply system
Invested with modern equipment and large transmission capacity drawn from the 35kV power lines of Nam Dinh Power Company, ensuring stable and continuous electricity supply for the industrial cluster and factories. The control center and transformers are built independently from the factory area, and the transmission system is designed to strict standards for safety within the Industrial Cluster.
Water supply and drainage system
The clean water supply system, with a total demand of 1800 m3/day-night, is invested in synchronously to each factory. The large-capacity water supply system ensures a stable water supply to meet the production needs of businesses.
The rainwater drainage system is separately constructed with intelligent underground pipes, with drainage culvert diameters ranging from D600mm to D1500mm based on the principle of self-flow, ensuring efficient and stable operation.
Firefighting system
Yen Bang – Nam Dinh Industrial Cluster invests in a firefighting warning, prevention, and extinguishing system, strictly complying with national regulations. Fire hydrant columns are installed at internal traffic intersections and around each factory, connected to a dedicated reserve fire pump station with high pressure, ready for use in case of emergencies.

The treated wastewater meets the Class A standards according to QCVN-40/2011/BTNMT before being discharged into the environment.
Solid waste treatment system
Solid waste generated by the factories in the industrial cluster is sorted, collected, and transported out of the industrial cluster to prevent environmental pollution.
