VKI continues to co-organize the CLEANFACT & RESAT EXPO 2023 International Exhibition: A connection and exchanging platform for the industrial investment and high-tech factory field.

Gathering over 100 top domestic and international brands, the exhibition spans a space of 10,000m2, covering more than 200 booths. The international exhibition “Heat – Refrigeration Technologies, Cleanroom Technologies and High-tech Factories – CLEANFACT & RESAT EXPO 2023” will take place from October 26 to 28 in Tu Son city, Bac Ninh province. 

In Vietnam, high-tech manufacturing industries are being emphasized for development, notably clean rooms with widespread applications in electronics, semiconductors, food, pharmaceuticals, cosmetics, etc. However, to establish standard clean room systems, businesses must first secure land for construction.

Amidst our country’s deep integration with the global economy, numerous opportunities arise for Vietnamese businesses to expand and boost investment. With increasing demand, the industrial real estate market holds much potential, yet it also faces various challenges. These challenges range from legal procedures resulting in prolonged supply shortages, and rent inflation, to reduced foreign direct investment (FDI) attraction.

Aiming to address challenges and provide support for investors and factory management, VKI, a reliable partner for industrial zones nationwide, continues to participate in organizing the CLEANFACT & RESAT EXPO 2023 International Exhibition. This event is the largest of its kind for Thermal – Refrigeration technology, clean rooms, and high-tech factories to date.

During the press conference held on August 22nd in collaboration with the Vietnamese Association of Refrigeration and Air Conditioning along with the Vietnamese Automation Association, Vietfair Exhibition & Advertising Co., and IBC Brand and Communication Co., the detailed plan for organizing CLEANFACT & RESAT EXPO 2023 was informed.

his year, the annual CLEANFACT 2023 event is supplemented by the RESAT EXPO program, focusing on the Thermal – Refrigeration and Air Conditioning sector, alongside clean rooms, factory operation, industrial real estate, automation, and manufacturing technology…

According to the organizers, the attendance rate of registered exhibitors is statistically composed of around 50% Vietnamese companies, followed by 40% FDI enterprises, and the remaining 10% are foreign companies without legal entities in Vietnam.

Exhibition booth areas will prioritize showcasing and introducing achievements, new solutions, and advanced technologies of each sector, interspersed with exchange events, and specialized workshops held concurrently with the exhibition.

With the desire to positively impact the entire industry, the presence of leading experts, and insights from renowned speakers both domestic and international, in the event’s activities is expected to bring substantial value in terms of knowledge, information, and relationships.

“We expect to have over 5,000 visitors during the 3-day event,” according to Mr. Cao Đại Thắng, Chairman of INTECH Technology and Investment Joint Stock Company, a partnering organization for CLEANFACT & RESAT EXPO 2023.

The exhibition schedule will encompass workshop themes and specialized exchanges such as:

• The Clean Room Technology Forum 2023: discussing industry trends and new technical solutions in the clean room field.
• The Industrial Factory Forum: discussing challenges faced by investors and solutions in the factory construction process, updating advanced industrial construction technologies.
• The Vietnam Automation Forum: Exchanging opportunities and new solutions in applying automation in industrial production.
• The CxO Talks: Discussing business restructuring, strategy building, and management.
• Alongside these, there will be career orientation programs and job fairs in the Thermal-Refrigeration, construction, architecture, electrical, automation… sectors for relevant students.
