VKI successfully host the Industrial Factories Investment and Construction Forum
On October 27, the Industrial Factories Investment and Construction Forum titled “Difficulties for Investors and Solutions for the Process of Investment, Construction and Operation of Industrial Factories” took place as part of the Exhibition of HVACR, Cleanroom, and High-Tech Factory CLEANFACT & RESAT EXPO 2023 at the IGBH Building, VSIP Industrial Park, in Tu Son City, Bac Ninh Province. The program attracted participation from investors, contractors, construction consultants, and organizations interested in investing in manufacturing factories.
This event aimed to address in-depth issues commonly encountered during the investment, construction, and operation phases of industrial factories, offering practical and valuable solutions for manufacturing enterprises. The forum including 2 main parts: “Investment trends and FDI capital movement in different regions nationwide, and practical experiences in investment project implementation” and “Objectives, challenges, issues, and solutions for the process of investment in industrial projects shared from investor’s perspective in request for permission, design, construction and operation” provided valuable information and practical solutions for individuals and organizations operating within the industrial construction sector.

Under the topic of “Practical experiences in choosing and implementing investment projects in industrial parks”, Mrs. Tran Van Khanh, a specialist consultant at VKI Investment Consultation and Business Management Joint Stock Company, shared, “There are significant challenges, such as high occupancy rates in operational Industrial Parks, while new or expanded areas have yet to complete their infrastructure and legal frameworks for turnover to investors.” She further discussed, “The establishment of criteria by investors for site selection is crucial. However, a location meeting 50-70% of these criteria can still be considered an optimal option.”
