Dong Mai Industrial Park, Quang Ninh
The Dong Mai Industrial Park in Quang Ninh province was established according to Decision No. 2267/QD-UBND dated July 14, 2008, issued by the Provincial People’s Committee of Quang Ninh. As an industrial park with significant potential in the province, it has been invested in as a clean and environmentally friendly industrial park model. Up to the present time, the industrial park has attracted numerous clean industrial and high-tech projects equipped with modern in-place production lines, contributing to a global supply chain.
The Dong Mai Industrial park has garnered considerable attention from many foreign investors. Notably, among the enterprises actively engaged in manufacturing and business operations in this area, prominent ones include Foxconn Group, Yazaki, Tonly Technology Limited, Bumjin Electronics, and others.

Water Supply System at Dong Mai Industrial Park, Quang Ninh
Sourced from the Yen Lap regulating reservoir through a clean water treatment plant with a capacity of 6,500m3/day-night. The water is supplied to the perimeter walls of businesses within the industrial park.

Power Supply System at Dong Mai Industrial Park, Quang Ninh
Leveraging the power supply advantage of Quang Ninh province, which includes large thermal power plants such as Mong Duong, Mao Khe, Uong Bi, Pha Lai, Cam Pha, the electricity supply for production in Dong Mai Industrial park is drawn from the 110kV power line passing through the industrial park via a 110/22KV transformer substation with a capacity of 2*16MVA built on the technical land within the industrial park. The 22kV lines are overhead, along the sidewalks of the transportation routes within the industrial park, and are connected to each land plot (with wire sections ranging from 120-240 mm2).

5. Rental cost and fee

- Industrial park management fee: USD 1/m2/year. This fee is paid annually in the first month of the year.
- Electricity usage fee: USD 0.1 per peak hour / USD 0.05 per normal hour / USD 0.03 per off-peak hour
- Clean water usage fee: USD 0.40/m3. The quantity of clean water used is calculated based on the meter reading.
- Wastewater and solid waste treatment fee: USD 0.28/m3. The pre-treatment quality requirement is Type B, and the post-treatment quality is Type A.
6. Investment Incentives
- Investment projects falling under the special preferential investment sectors are eligible for a tax rate of 10%, applicable for 15 years. There is a tax exemption for the first 4 years and a 50% reduction for the subsequent 9 years.
- For manufacturing investment projects, the tax rate is 15% for 12 years. There is a tax exemption for the first 3 years and a 50% reduction for the following 7 years.
- Business service projects are subject to a tax rate of 20% for 10 years. There is a tax exemption for the first 2 years and a 50% reduction in the tax amount due for the next 6 years.
